DCarsonCPA fix HR Fix HR Tech join to the Line and Staff Points on needs to Finally Fix the Non Relational Databases and under trained Staff that stands as the block of STEM to needs to help on the Economy. You Cannot Find the Talent without working Radar, Sonar and Lidar in metaphor. Fix the Tools, Find the STEM @USDOL @SHRM @NACD @AICPA @ICAEW @GARP @CFAInstitute open call to @SAP @Oracle @Dynamics and other heavy weights, medium and lighter weights on ground to grapple with the lost child of #HRTech and #VendorPortals . Metaphor to the Apple and the Varietal the Tech looks for an apple with little knowledge that the Golden Delicious and MacIntosh are varietals of the Apple - how on that level can we ever anticipate that #HRTech and #VendorPortals will help on the Search for #DomesticSTEM and Sustainable Cross Pollination STEM that helps and does not hurt the Domestic Economy ie you do not destroy the domestic labor force in STEM before mapping across 2 Classes of Available STEM being 1. Direct Skills 2. Re-mapable Skills and 3. Trainable STEM. IF you are in doubt we can help on ALL 3 points to the line AND HR and Vendor Portal lines MUST BE Rationally Remapped to PnL and Balance Sheet complete Value across #GRLSTEM vectors not solely on Risk and GRC lines as currently mapped but for the whole of the Line, Staff and Community Value to PnLs. #fixHR #FixHRTech #FixHRIS #FixVendorPortals #RelationalMapping on #STEM skills to needs to help on the economies.Tips to beat the bot scanning your accounting job application. @HaysAustralia #jobsearch #careeradvice https://t.co/tKkaKaH4NI— CPA Australia (@cpaaustralia) April 10, 2019

DCarsonCPA HR Task Force Lines built strong on Lean to help on the Domestic Economy and Allied Economy Lines for Jobs, Growth, Teamwork and continual improvements #US #UK #CA #AUS #Fr #DE #SP #Prt #LATAM #India #Japan #Soko and #Global to Awareness to help on the Economy, Policy, Entities and Government #GGRC, Governance and Teamwork #GRC #ITGRC and the invert properties of #Risk to help on #growth and #logisics.
The challenges that currently exist are not limited to domestic challenges as the same pervasive challenges from the US will cross related to other economies equally or similarly using #HRIS #ATS and #Vendor sourcing lines that as of this press date are flat and very narrowly cross relating to skills families well known to demographers and Labor Economists on US, UK , CA, Aus, Commonwealth, France and Other Global lines.
We originally established these lines to help on the Domestic Economy as coss studying the global economy and emerge with an a rational strong hypothesis that this is a fairly universal issue to developed economies that tend to rely on variations of similar design software to help on a vetting line that in many cases in the US has been offshored and potentially domestically undersourced further requiring us to think globally and locally in context to solutions. That noted the learnings are here to help Our Fellow Men and Women to Find Opportunities, For Entities to find Logistical Improvements on Sourcing and For Our Economy to work well with rational cross pollination that does not eclipse the domestic STEM talent pool but rather that seeds the lines for sustainable growth. Due to the rapid changes of technology there is a need for #strongcivics to find ways to help on th Economy and mapping of #STEM talent to needs, that was our start point to build on these lines.
Will Circle Back with more to post this evening.
