We initiated Outreach to ABA LEL to help on the Critical needs on #HRTech and to BiPartisan Awareness lines at Senate and House for #HRTaskForce awareness needs on two spots:

1. AGEISM and the challenge of addressing it

2. the Fundamental flaw of  #HRTech and #VendorPortal tech in overlooking Domestic STEM and in not carrying metaphorically enough logic to know that if HR codes to HRIS or ATS lines a need for someone who can perform Journal Entries and if applicant posts Debits and Credits or vice versa as a theoretical hypothetical example that never the twain shall meet. We need #USDOL to partner with #SHRM #AICPA #PMI #IIBA  #CFAI #EEOC and other stakeholders to set critaeria with safety nets to search process to map in domestic stem talent.
